I have had Plantar fascia for about 10 years. I have tried pretty
most everything. Orthodics don't even work anymore. I do wear
expensive running shoes, but I don't go by their name, I go by
how they feel when I put them on, I can tell almost right away if
they have enough cushion. I also found that doing stretches by
rolling a golf ball over the bottom of my foot everyday and stretching
my calfs by standing on the edge of the stairs and letting by heels
go slowly down. And the best treatment , OFF YOUR FEET when then
really hurt.(I lay on the floor and put my feet up on the couch so
they are higher than the rest of me.
