Need advise, is this PF?

I've been to a podietrist and he says I have "heel spur syndrome." He pads and tapes my foot once a week and I leave it on until the night before I go back.

I've been bothered by my feet hurting for a long time, but I could do what I had to. I also have Fibromyalgia and I'm wondering if it is causing this upset. Anyways, the beginning of Sept. I had a plantar wart removed from my left foot. Then I had a bad reaction to the medication the dr. had put on the wart. I got red streaks up to my ankle. Then, I had to soak the foot and take meds for awhile. I'm sure I did walk differently during that time, as my foot was swollen ,and I remember walking on my heel part of the time.

A couple of weeks later, I started having pain in my foot across the bottom in the arch area, and the front of the heel. Sometimes, it feels tingly, and someitmes it feels like I'm standing on a ladder rung.

So..now I'm getting taped and he told me to do exercises to stretch the calf muscle. Also is sending
me to get orthotics.

I'm already disabled with Fibro, and am not on my feet all day like some are. But, my foot and heel really get hurting when I stand to do things, like the dishes.
Also, when I try to go to buy groceries etc.

One thing I've noticed in all I've read on the net about PF is mine does not hurt worse in the morning when I first get out of bed and walk. Mine hurts more
when I'm up on it for any length of time. What makes it feel the best is laying down with it level like in bed.

So...what do you all think? Got any suggestions. I'm
so tired of this. I've got things to do and places to go! :-)

Thanks for your imput, please write to me at my email
address cause I'm not sure I can find my way back here,
but I'll try.

Bonnie
