Yes. I have had Pf for 7 months. For most of that time, I have been wearing a Dr. Scholls soft insert with an arch support. All of the drug stores in Birmingham have them. They run $6-$10. I still wear them even though I am now in the process of breaking in a custom orthotic that my Pod prescribed for me. They may not be the best support for me or anyone else, but they work very well for me.
