You can be called a typical patient for the OssaTron treatment. This kind of treatment is for patients who tried almost all conventinal methods. If these were not successful we hardly recommend a shock wave treatment iwth the OssaTron to avoid surgery. Our average success rate for those patients is about 80%. Usually the treatment is performed once. If there is no significant increase a second treatment will be performed. The average retreatment rate is 1.5.
