Dear Lisa;
I have also tried Aqua fit at our local pool. In the deep end with a belt on. It's fun and good for your foot. Now I go to the Gym as often as I can and also ride a stationary bike. I am looking forward to the time when I can spend time on the tread mill....... I haven't lost much weight but at least I'm getting some excercise.
