As I sit here, it is hard to come up with an answer to that question. Ice helps some though I haven't tried it. Naprosin (aleve) twice a day seemed to keep the pain at bay. I just finished the prescription and my foot really hurts now so it must have helped. I have tried the night splint but hated being uncomfortable and not being able to sleep well. Praying is about my only answer now. If you come up with some better ideas, let me know!
