Although it is difficlult to have an orthotic fit ALL of your shoes, you do have options. Our lab makes 3 different styles of custom orthotics specifically for dress shoes. Not knowing what kind of orthotics you have presently, I won't recccomend that you send them to have them made narrower, but in some cases, this is also an option. I personally have 2 pairs, one for my sneakers and boots, and another for my dressier shoes. For more info, visit www.orthotics.com.
