Use to wear SAS and they did not help my feet and might have made them worse, and birks have made it possible to walk again without any or less pain. I have the arzona sandals and their blue insert to wear in my boots. Some things work for some people, you have to try diffent things to find what works for you. Make sure the dealer is not putting down birks to only sell you the sas, some shoes salesman can lie just to sell you something, has happen to me.
