Cindy, sorry I am just responding. My modem went flaky and just bought and installed new one today. Oruval Ketoprophen is what I
have been taking. It is prescription and I started on 200mg once
a day for 2 weeks. Now I take 150mg once a day. It has really helped me. Also, I sit at least 50 to 80% of the time at work and this helps alot. Also if I getup and down too much I will have a few problems. I wear the soft orthodics to work. I tried the hard ones and they were more painfull than standing on my feet at work. I do wear them at home and shopping some. The change seems to help. I have found it is mostly trial and error. Sometimes good and sometimes not. Good luck.
