i suggest staying away from the shots. in my experience with them,
it was very painful and did nothing after the first few days. have you
heard about glucosamine? it is actually a joint strenghtener for
arthritis suffers. i had improvement within a week & 1/2, and in the
last few months of being on it, not a total miracle, but wow!! i am
feeling better than i have in a long time. i take 1500mg. a day,
and i even skip some days if i'm feeling good.i still stretch 2-3
times a day, and if i don't wear my good reeboks i am sure to wear
my arches. good luck!!!!
