Don't give up! Every one is different. The Glcosamine sulfate takes about a month or two to begin working, and then the relief is slow. Take it with meals and make sure you are using a reputable brand. Not just the $5 discount drug store brand. Experiment with different shoes. I find Dexters and Rockports to be the best. Cannot go back to wearing my K-mart shoes again, I tried them for one evening and had slight pain again. So they went into the Good Will basket. Just take it one day at a time!
