Yes, I use an air cast during the day when I have to do a lot of walking. I tried it at night but it was just too uncomfortable. Now I am going to use the Strassburg Sock at night. I also have a cane by my bed because I find that getting up at night is a killer. Sometimes taking 3 Advil before bed helps, especially if I have had a bad day. I wish you the best of luck.
