I just received Cortizone shots -- one in each foot. So far I have seen very little effect and it has been a week now. The shots weren't too painful because my doc administered a local anaesthetic so I didn't feel the actual Cortizone. My feet were pretty sore the following day though. I expected *some* relief but I haven't really noticed anything. This sucks.
