Hello there Becky, PT here. Who are you writing me back and saying that i am a joke. You have no idea what I feel. I read what you wrote and the only difference between us is that i have moved on with my life and I am dealing with the pain. PF will not hold me back from what I want to do. I have dealt with all of the ice, deep friction massage, shots, not being able to walk in the morning, the pain, the ripping feelings, the night splints, the medications, the taping, etc... NOw b/c of PF i have problems with my knees, hips, and back b/c it makes me walk wrong. I am on my feet from 5 in the morning till 11 at night commuting to school and a full time job (which i am always walking around at). i found this site to be inspiring, new ideas that could possibly help but forget that.
