Re: How do I prevent PF in other foot?

I suggest you think of what caused pf in foot #1...overuse? overweight? improper footwear? not stretching? Through visits to a podiatrist and a pedorthist I have received treatment and advice that I will follow to avoid re-injuring and getting pf in my other foot. Good luck!
