ankle and jaw both pop loudly

I have TMJ very bad to where my jaw pops out of socket every time I yawn (which is a lot) or open my mouth wide. I have a retained ($700) that is supposed to help it not ache so much but this is something I can live with. But my PF is well... I have already gone into that many times. My right ankle has always popped alot (I make it pop to relieve stress or whatever) and it is loud.
