You are welcome... It isn't easy is it.. I could hardly wait for my appt. on thursday because my foot was in such bad shape. Here I find out I missed it and now will wait 2 more weeks. I've followed your story and have commented here and there. but of course i have no answers accept for saying to be off the feet as much as possible.. for a length of time to help it heal. Hey, my next appt. i think the cast situation will be looked at... what can you tell me about what you think works or doesn't work.. any recommendations? I'd appreciate hearing about the whole cast ordeal.. Thanks CJ!heal up,
