Thanks for posting on SAS shoes. I am using Spencos and they seem pretty good. At least they relieve the pain a little -- a step down from severe to moderate. My first podiatrist recommended SAS. I didn't much care for him, but I tried on 2 different SAS shoes and they seemed as if they might help. Based on your recommendation, I think I will go invest in a pair and try them. Thanks again.
