Oh how I can relate to your message!To find this board and have people who KNOW how awful this is to live with has been so good for me.We look so normal,but our lives are so restricted,it is the most frustrating situation I have ever been dealt.I ordered Strassberg socks and wear them every night.They seem to really help with morning pain,it is bearable instead of agonizing.There are stretches a few message pages back that I do several times during the day,the coke bottle, and much much ibuprofen.I hesitate to say I am getting better,because it all comes back if I try to resume my old way of walking.But I have had a good week and that is the first time I can say that in almost a year. Check in every day and know that we are listening to you.God Bless you.
