Glad you are feeling better however the cortisone shot is a temporary fix and it has many bad side effects so you shouldn't keep taking them I al so have flat feet & was helped by the orthotic but it is a long haul & you wil have good times & bad. Don't strain your feet when you are feeling good & always be conscious of them. Good Luck
