Well its been 8 weeks since surgery(pf-fill realease)
my incision area has healed up really well and my Ortho-doctor has realeased me said that all he can do for me right now go back to work and try it????????
I am also under an neurologist care for post tramatic neuropathy for burning and tingling on the bottom of my foot;also the inner ankle area.My concern or question now is i wear a costom orthodic and wear night splint to sleep;but still have problems shopping,working in the yard,stand in one place very long and even tryingto walk around the block .also having alot of pain on the bottom of the heal ???? my cotizone shots ????
