I have custom orthotics mainly because I pronate. Running and not having the orthotics caused my case of PF. I like my orthotics and believe they feel better on my heel when I'm wearing them. Be patient with breaking them in, it does take awhile and wearing them just a little bit longer each day will help. Good luck.
