I would like to know exactly what kind of Glucosamine did you use.
There are glucosomine Chondroitin formula and also glucosamin sulfate,
at least the ones i found, i believe there is also gulcosamine HCL.
It seems all of them are for arthritis/strengthening cartilidge. I
don't how it is going to improve PF.
I'll appriciate any information you can give me since I'm been
suffering from PF for the last 5 years, and gone through surgery
last year on my left foot but still has not recovered fully.
By the way do you know if there is any side effect?
