I just want to let people know that it doesn't have to be that way. If you have orthotics that need more cushioning, or need to be custom fitted to your shoes, or maybe they lost their shape, you don't necessarily need to get new orthotics. You would be surprised how little it costs to have adjustments made, or even refurbish your orthotics to "like new" condition, directly from a lab. If you want, you can even have your old orthotics duplicated.
Orthotics have been long time proven to help alleviate the pain of PF(and in some instances, eliminate it completely).
