Dear Ruth: Thanks so much. I have made an appt. with Dr. Leahy in Los Gatos for January 5th and after 2 years am hopeful. He did tell me that it is not as effective on those of us who have already developed heel spurs but it really depends on how large the spurs are. But we will see. Thanks again for sharing this info.
