hi! I guess I'm what you would call a newbie at all this. None the less I suffer from the same pain you all do. Sometimes excruciating pain. I just went to the doctor today and got a diagnosis for this nightmare called PF. He started me on what appears to be the normal NSAIDS and heat in the mornings and ice in the afternoon and evenings. I have to go back for a re-check in 2 weeks and, he thinks, possible injections. From what I have read here I do believe we will be avoiding the injections. Why add to the pain for minimal results?
Both of my feet are affected. Somedays just a slight touch puts me into tears. I have only had this for about 6 months, what will it be like in another 6?
Anyway I am going to buy some Birks and I will definitely the frozen peas!!!
