PN and other concerns

I just found this place so Im going to take advantage on this fairly painfull Xmas day. Im sure some of you have had the concern that this ailment was Pn. How were you or was it clinicely proven to you it wasnt PN? the symptoms can be very similiar cant they? Also, my problem is bilateral are there many of you that suffer in both feet? One more thing. Sometimes even when im on my feet and the pain is unbearable when I sit down and try and find the specific points of pain I cant. It must be very deep. Can any of you relate to that?
