I face the same struggle. But as Cindy said, don't take short-cuts now! I travel a lot, thru airports, long concourses, the whole bit. Be creative. If you have a refrigerator in your office, take a bag of frozen peas to work. You can sit at your desk and rest your feet on the bag and no one need know. Do that for 10 minutes or so, then just throw the bag back into the freezer until the next time. (I don't recommend eating the peas for lunch, however.) When you walk to the copier or something, take a few seconds and do a calf stretch by leaning against the copier (or do it in the restroom if you don't want questions or stares).

Wear running shoes, or whatever it takes when doing the long walks thru parking garages, thru airports or whatever. Who cares what other people think? I was in and out of courtrooms for the past 3 weeks participating in a long trial. I wore my Nikes to/from the courthouse, and changed to 'dress' shoes only while in the courtroom. On the road, I do the icing by carrying a ziploc bac and throwing some ice in that in my room. It just takes a few minutes, twice a day in the hotel room, and no one knows. (until now, and now the world knows what I do - how's this for bright?).

Maybe these aren't quite what you might envision, but we all have to adapt.

Best wishes, and keep us informed - maybe you'll come up with new ideas!
