I had the fascia-release surgery and a neuroma removed from the same foot at the same time. Let me tell you that the neuroma removal was by far the most painful aspect. Do not expect to put any weight on that foot for a couple of weeks.

After four and a half months, I'd have to call the fascia surgery a total failure. The only real change is that the morning soreness is no longer the fasciitis. It's the neuroma site, which is painful in the morning and hurts at other times as well.

Can't we just sever the nerves that serve the fascia and be done with this BS?
