The first thing my dr recommended was the dyna-step insoles. I put them in immediately, (my first course of treatment) even thought the package said not for high arches...and I have high arches. That was over 6 months ago. Needless to say I am never without them. I am not pain free, but I really do feel a difference. This is the first day I have been at this site. I have read EVERYTHING up to this point and no one has mentioned these insoles. I was going to suggest them, but i'm glad to see someone else is benefiting from them :)
