I had toe pain after I got pf too. But it is mostly in my left foot which is my worst one. It was in my big toe, guess big pain for a big toe sigh.. My left has not been bothering me too much but hate when my right one does, as it is my driving foot too.But driving does not seem to bother it much, most of the time, maybe because the way you hit the gas and brake, with only the front part of the foot? Could not live without my birks :) So you are not alone in after instead of before.
