You can get the inserts alot cheaper at Tony Grady's Shoe Tree in Canada. The phone number is 1-800-881-6686. He is really great and the lower cost is the american dollar is worth more then the canadian dollar so you can save alot. He also has a website. Have had good service with him and he sells the birks sandals too. You have nothing to lose, even with shipping I saved.
