That is interesting because I had such terrible pain in my left hip muscle for 3 days I could hardly walk with the hip and the foot pain together. I think it was because I was limping and throwing my body out of wack. I have also noticed my legs aching a lot with a feeling of heaviness. Some times my foot tingles like when it goes to sleep. I don't know if that is due to swelling in my foot or what. Anyway, I hate to complain about all my aches and pains and thought I was just imagining it but I am sure that limping and favoring one foot or the other must throw your body out of alignment.
