I have read many studies that indicate that night splints work best in conjunction with all of the routine PF treatments i.e. NSAID's, foot orthotics, stretching exercises. The one that I hear about the most is the Universal Plantar Fasciitis Orthosis or UFO as it is called.My friend has used this and swears by it.
