Thanks Diane, and you are absoutely correct. I teach Science and in my density unit, I teach that very fact. I dont think the weight I have gained is muscle, I don't think I have worked the weight that much. I would love for it to be. I think it is fat due to the eating of the holidays...and the time we took off from the gym. I intend to go back on a regular basis starting tomorrow. But my heart really isn't in that bicycle. I loved the jazzercise cause I love to dance. But I am gonna due the best I can. Thanks and TTYL 21:51:33
