Sandy, Robin is right you really need to get fitted by someone at a birk store first , then you can shop around for the best price. A store in Canada sells the birk sandals and the inserts,and he is alot cheaper depending on how strong the US dollar is doing against their money. Tony the owner of the store is very helpful and seem to know alot about shoes and is very friendly. Good Luck.
