Is it Plantar Fasciitis?

I sufferd from Plantar Fasciitis for over a year. It was a very painful experience. I was pain free for six months and I am now suffering very Badly from a pain in another part of my foot. It is on the ball of my foot and up into my toes. My doctor has not been able to diagnos and I am going to a specialist in three weeks. I have tried the anti-inflammatory drugs but they do not help. Right now I am taking tylenol with coedine. Does anyone have any information on this condition.
