Likewise, I have always worn good shoes.. I have a narrow foot, and have had to and still have the problem. I also shuddered at the person who uses the Nordic Track for workouts. I think mine came from the Nordic Track.. and also wearing not good work out shoes for that. I guess everyone is really different.. amazing that it is all so confusing and difficult. I do have a question about the Birks. Did you all get the inserts called the footbed? or did you get just the plain insoles. Also, do those footbed inserts? fit into normal shoes or not? Thanks.. so sorry for so many questions. Just want to get this all straightened out in my head.. and on my poor foot.. as the rest of you. Hope you all are doing ok .. and that some days you get some relief
