I have been wearing birdenstocks for years and love them. A podiatrist introduced me to them and they have helped my pf. Although
when you buy them if they fail to tell you not to wear them for an hour or two at a time, they will kill you feet and legs(I had a bad aching in both). They mold to the shape of your foot so they need time to get use to each other. I just purchased the orthodics by
birkenstock and they help some, but have to do the same with them.
