Megan, I first went to a podiatrist. I got cortisone shots, taped and finally $300.00 orthodics. None of these worked for very long. I went to see a different podiatrist who told me sometimes we just have to live with the pain. (Never went back to her again.) I went to see an orthopedist who tried everything he could to help me. I would go back to an orthopedist before ever going back to a podiatrist.
