I agree, I had this at 120 lbs, 132 lbs, 140 lbs, 155 lbs, 170 lbs and whatever I am now (don't really want to know). I haven't noticed it got any worse with the weight, nor did it get better when I lost weight. Best advice is not to starve yourself to lose weight, that's what caused my problem, advised by a doctor no less when exercise and sensible eatting didn't do it. It has been verified that a caloric intake of 800 calories a day is enough to cause me to gain weight (and you can't get enough nutrients without heavy supplements). I do my best to eat a lot of bulk for those calories so I'm not hungry all the time, but it's not always easy, my advice is don't start. BTW, my mother weighed over 250 lbs, was 5"3', had almost no arch and while she did have sore feet sometimes, she never developed PF.
