Thanks, Julia. Found the Spenco Inserts a few months ago. . .Also am a huge fan of Birkenstocks. Have 3 pairs and keep them on my feet constantly when I am home. . .I leave a pair by the bed at night so my feet never touch the floor! Tried icing and alleve this weekend and it has helped a bunch!! Also started elevating my feet. . .
Looking forward to the day when I am pain free!
