Okay, ladies, head for the water. Find an indoor pool and do water exercises. Start a class. Look on the internet for water exercises. I feel great afterwards and it can be a great work out without hurting your feet. You may need to wear shoes in the pool with your orthotics, but do it. Do not give in!!! 00:40:33
