Hi Angie. I check this board as often as time permits. It has a wealth of information on it for pf. I am just about to finish physical therapy; my therapist told me it never goes away; it can go away for a few months, maybe years, then it will mysteriously come back. I have accepted that I will have PF the rest of my life. The support on this board is overwhelming--more than what I get from my family! The PT seems to have helped some too--I learned alot of stretching and you have to do it to really benefit from it.
