When I ride my stationary bike, I set my feet to be comfortable; in the middle of the peddle. But someone else might have a better suggestion. I just read some suggestions from Rosemary also on this board; she has some good tips. As for Birkenstocks, I have yet to check them out. I just found out where to go in my city for them, now I need to get to the store soon. Good luck to you and keep in touch.
