Scarlett, I am also a young thing. I was 22 when I got this. IT is awful and I would cry except I am on Prozac. Sometimes I still do cry. Icing will help a little. Read the message board before you do anything drastic and get with a good orthopedic if you are able. Please e-mail me anytime. If you have aol we can chat as well. Scarlett, my whole life has changed and it is tough but there is hope. Read the board!!!
