Birkenstocks are the best!! I have had pf for about 10 yrs. and have tried almost everything(not surgery). I was introduced to these sandals and shoes about 9 yrs ago and am hooked. I am in terrible pain 85% of the time and they help alot.
I would like some info on accupuncture if anyone can give me some.
It sounds great! Need to get checked to see if I have just pf or have heel spurs too. Sue Mc.
