Swimming has worked the best for me. My PF foot always feels BETTER after swimming, since I have just "rested" it (not weight-bearing) for 45 minutes! Also, after swimming I sit in the whirlpool for a few minutes and then stretch my foot in the warm water and that has helped too. Biking didn't work for me and my orthopedic surgeon said the only exercise I should do is swim.
