I've had PF for over a year. Thanks to the notes in this site, I have
cancelled both of my surgeries, which I had scheduled in February and April (1 foot at a time). I also work in an office and have had
difficulty with the shoe situation. I bought some Birks (Betula is the style). They are great. I wear them every day. They come in black and they are real chunky, but they at least give me something to wear. I also wear Birk sandals at home all the time. They have helped me. Good luck in your search. Let us all know if you find anything that looks even the least bit dressy.
