Pinkee I am debating on buying Birk sandals. I have the inserts (got them two weeks ago) too early to tell, but so far no relief. I bought a pair of Mephistos, but the arch feels like it begins too far up towards the toe. New balance tennis shoes feel similiar to what I'm wearing now which is Birk inserts with Clark desert boots.
